We offer a comprehensive kids programme for children ages 3 and above! Our structured curriculum develops confidence, discipline and resiliance - all whilst having fun!
We’ve built an excellent team of coaches and instructors - all with enhanced DBS certificates and years of Jiu Jitsu training under their belts.

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU FOR WOMEN
We offer a weekly women's only class on Thursdays at 6:30pm, as well as regular 8 week GBF programmes.
Come and meet like minded women in Apperley Bridge - On top of our womens only class, you’ll also have unlimited access to the rest of our adult programmes.
