Choosing The Right Class For You
Adult Taster Session (Gi)
A welcoming and safe introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, suitable for all levels.
Adult No-Gi (Experienced)
An intermediate-level session requiring No-Gi attire. Previous experience is recommended. Please contact us for a trial.
Women's Only
A supportive and friendly class, exclusively for women.
Kids Classes (Age-Specific)
Fun and engaging classes led by expert instructors. Please ensure you book into the correct age group. If unsure, contact us for guidance
