A HUGE well done to the amazing Sofia, Evalyn, James, Sampson and Oliver - The coaching team are so proud of your progress and effort, and putting yourselves out there to compete!

We’ve got an exciting May ahead, and it’s really exciting to see so many of our GBK members testing themselves at the upcoming Empire Grappling Yorkshire Open in Barnsley. After 8 great weeks, our first GBF programme has wrapped at Gracie Barra Harrogate. We’re so unbelievably proud of the women that showed up and discovered (or rediscovered) their love for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and we hope that they can take this away with them as they progress through their journey in the sport.
